Overview

Join a small team of between 4 – 6 members and be committed to delivering a great customer experience. You’ll be working up to 45 hours per week and explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner. You’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers, ensuring you exceed their expectations and reassuring them when they’re bewildered by choice. You’ll work hard as part of the team to achieve challenging sales targets.

Responsibilities

What you’ll need – skills and experience
  • You’ll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers
  • You’ll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment
  • You’ll have previous experience in dealing with customers
  • You’ll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
  • You’ll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills
  • You’ll possess basic computer literacy
  • You’ll be self motivated and have a can-do attitude
