Becoming a Retail Sales Assistant

Some of our colleagues are BookTok influencers or Instagram creatives, crafting their latest shorts or stories with our in-store products.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management by opening, closing, and running the store as needed (holidays, days off, sickness, etc.). Training will be provided.
• Greet customers, provide product recommendations, and create an inviting shopping experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, helping customers find inspiration and satisfying their creative needs.
• Keyholder duties may apply. If over 18, you’ll join as a keyholder with added pay enhancement for holding keys.

Keyholder Information

If you’re under 18, you won’t be able to complete keyholding duties yet. When you turn 18, training will be provided so you can earn the additional keyholding pay enhancement when on keyholder duties.
