Overview

At eXPD8, we’re looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the Harrow area. You’ll be part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be based in one area, with work opportunities across a variety of stores.

This role will work across a variety of categories including: Toys, Books, Gift Cards, Telecoms, Cosmetics and more.

Confirmed working days/hours: Monday 08:00 – 09:30; Tuesday 2.5 hours; Wednesday 2.5 hours; Thursday 08:00 – 10:30; Friday 2 hours. Plus ad hoc work as agreed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fixtures are set up effectively and shelves are well-stocked.
• Display products and promotions attractively; follow planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.

• Pride in delivering great standards and service for clients.
• Comfort with a bit of manual handling to move and arrange products from warehouse to shop floor.
• Willingness to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (paid extra).
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
