Retail Back Office Administrator / Equestrian (Houghton Country)

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage product data on the EPoS system.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Assist with in‑store customer service during busy periods.
• Process sales and manage stock deliveries, admin.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and liaise with suppliers/accounts.
• Process and manage faulty returns credits with suppliers.
• Support online department operations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good Equestrian knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Self‑motivated, team player with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable with basic IT and admin tasks.

Desired:

• Retail or fashion sales experience.
• Good office skills.
• Familiarity with EPoS systems and customer service excellence.
• Past retail experience but not essential.

Further Information – Pay: £25,000–£28,000

Job Type – Full Time
