Qualifications

  • Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice.
  • Experience working on projects within the commercial or retail sector.
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Wigston area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion.
  • Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications.
  • Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Skills

Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
Proficient with Vectorworks
Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
