Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure every customer has a positive dining experience.
• Work closely with kitchen and other front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times.
• Keep restaurant and serving areas clean and tidy, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, fast‑food, or customer‑service role or as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not required.
