A luxury boutique hotel in the Scottish Highlands is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager. This role requires overseeing a prestigious 3 Rosette restaurant, leading a dedicated team of eight, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Successful candidates will have experience in quality restaurant environments, ideally at Rosette level. The position includes a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000, plus potential service charge, with live-in accommodation available. A strong desire to grow in the hospitality sector is essential.

Due to the rural location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.
