We are delighted to be working with a one-of-a-kind luxury boutique hotel in the Scottish Highlands, home to an exceptional 3 Rosette restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Restaurant Manager to take ownership of a refined dining operation, leading a close-knit front of house team and delivering an outstanding guest experience in a truly unique setting.

Due to the rural location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

  • £40,000 to £45,000 per annum (DOE) plus circa £7,000 service charge
  • Live in accommodation available – your own studio for circa £500 per month
  • Leading a prestigious 3 Rosette restaurant with a strong reputation for excellence
  • Managing a focused operation of 36 covers with a team of 8

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant and front of house service
  • Leading, training and developing a team of 8 to deliver warm, polished service
  • Ensuring consistently high standards across service, presentation and guest journey
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and strong communication
  • Supporting senior management with service standards, rotas and operational performance
