Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
  • Overseeing smooth day-to-day service, often reaching up to 200 covers on peak days and around 600 covers each week
  • Managing and motivating a team of up to 17 front‑of‑house professionals
  • Driving exceptional guest service and maintaining the restaurant’s strong Rosette-level standards
  • Leading recruitment, training, development, and ongoing performance of your front‑of‑house team
  • Ensuring operational efficiency, including stock control, rota planning, and maintaining a positive working culture
