Restaurant Manager — Sevenoaks — £40,000pa – 45,000pa; Wednesday to Sunday 11:30am – 9pm (11pm finish Fri/Sat)

KHR is currently working with a reputable gastropub based in Sevenoaks and is currently on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager. This is an important role within the team, which will see you be the face of the establishment and the leader of the team, ensuring customers have a great experience!

This is a varied role and will require someone flexible to run the Front of House and Bar.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and feedback as needed
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
