This is a fantastic opportunity to join our diverse Restaurant Team and receive quality training in the provision of excellent restaurant and customer service skills. We are looking for a person to work in all areas of our dining and bar service, a skilled, dedicated, and motivated individual who has the desire to assist in consistently delivering the highest quality of service to our guests. You may be required to work weekends, with shifts scheduled 5 days out of 7, earliest start at 07:00 and latest finish at 21:30, working 36 hours a week.

Own transport is essential due to the location. Should you prefer to stay on campus to avoid travel expenses, we may have facilities to provide live-in accommodation at a low rate.

As Restaurant Assistant, we would expect you to:
  1. Be punctual
  2. Have good communication skills with a basic level of spoken and written English
  3. Have an understanding of Food Hygiene standards
  4. Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
  5. Be positive and have a flexible approach to work
