What you’ll be doing :

As The Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for the following areas :

  • Effectively manage and prioritise active vacancies which include building a pipeline of potential future talent
  • Support internal talent moves
  • Utilise all effective resources to proactively, directly approach external talent
  • Scheduling and conducting thorough interviews and phone screens to evaluate the candidate’s suitability for the role and to enable target and quality shortlists
  • carrying out admin duties for the recruitment team, including onboarding of new starters and Compliance checks
  • Ensure Resourcing SLA is achieved and all relevant administration is maintained
  • Build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders
