A facilities management provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Resource Scheduler to organise and prioritise work schedules for engineers. The incumbent will monitor maintenance tasks and ensure timely responses to client queries, effectively managing urgent issues. This role involves organising and prioritising work schedules for engineers/sub-contractors and monitoring the progression of those works. The resource scheduler will ensure that calls and queries are responded to within a timely manner and meet client SLAs and expectations. The resource scheduler is the first point of call to resolve urgent issues/scenarios that may arise whilst remaining calm and professional.
