We’re working with a highly regarded Liverpool creative agency looking for a Resource Manager to join them on a 12 month contract in April 2026.

The Role

This is a key role to help the agency achieve their commercial goals through managing work schedules, workflow and people utilisation, as well as forecasting and planning future resource needs. You’ll understand project requirements, and effectively balance supply and demand, provide accurate and insightful reporting to help identify gaps, resolve issues and protect profitability.

You

You’ll have significant agency experience ideally in a role centred around operational and project delivery. An exceptionally organised person with strong attention to detail and great communication skills, you’ll be able to quickly understand the needs of a project and match them with the skills available both internally and externally.
