Overview

Residential Surveyor — Billericay & Surrounding Areas (Office and Site-Based)

£30,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Petrol & Travel expenses covered + 23 days holidays + bank holidays (increasing with service) + Commission Opportunities + Pension

Responsibilities

In this role you will split your time between residential surveys, valuations and / or project-related work, site visits, and office-based reporting. Hybrid working is available, and you will benefit from shadowing, cross-team development and specialist training with the opportunity to progress based on performance.

This role is ideal for a surveyor with at least one year of experience in residential surveys, valuations, or project related work.
