Qualifications

  • 6+ months of full-time care experience within the last 3 years.

Residential Support Worker - Children's Services - Newark-on-Trent

Pay: £13.90-£16.68 per hour (including holiday pay)

Your role

You'll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day-to-day life, emotional well-being, and general mentorship and support. You'll:

  • Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
  • Encourage independence and daily routines
  • Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
  • Be a steady, caring presence - someone they can count on
What we're looking for
  • 6+ months of full-time care experience (in the last 3 years)
