Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.
Qualifications
  • Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator).
  • Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service.
  • Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
