Qualifications

• Experience in a face-to-face sales environment.
• Desirable experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the presentation of the site and sales complex.
• Provide accurate information to purchasers.
• Guide potential purchasers around show homes and stock plots.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Policy.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM system.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers.
• Arrange home demonstrations with the Site Manager.
• Assist purchasers after legal completion with any issues.
• Attend and minute weekly Sales / Site Meetings.
• Suggest ideas to achieve increased sales.
