Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in QA/QC or site inspection within residential construction.
• Able to interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Gateway processes.

• Inspecting materials and workmanship for compliance with quality standards.
• Verifying QA documentation and ensuring accuracy.
• Supporting project teams in monitoring the Quality Plan.
