The Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to inherit an established and varied caseload, including high-net-worth residential property transactions across South Devon. You will be trusted with files from day one, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and more complex property matters.

The firm is accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and is known for its personal, client-centred approach. You will have the autonomy to manage your matters with the support of a small, dedicated team of legal professionals.
