The role

You'll join the Residential Property team in Ipswich, handling a broad caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. From instruction to completion, you'll guide clients through one of the most important transactions of their lives. Alongside fee earning, you'll help nurture client relationships, build referral networks and represent the firm in the local community as an ambassador for the brand.

The ideal candidate

• Qualified Solicitor/CILEX (NQ considered, ideally 2+ years' experience)
• Strong understanding of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Organised and detail-driven, able to manage a busy caseload
• Proactive, personable and confident at networking events
• Comfortable with IT systems, research and drafting documents
