Harper Macleod LLP Edinburgh, Inverness, Elgin

We are looking for experienced Residential Property Paralegals across our Edinburgh, Elgin & Inverness locations. The role will involve:

  • Assisting lawyers with title due diligence
  • Preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges
  • Ordering all relevant searches
  • Preparing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration
  • Preparing LBTT submissions.
  • Handling all aspects of a case with your own caseload from start to finish
