An opportunity has opened for an experienced residential development solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join a respected development team. The role involves guiding developer clients through the full lifecycle of residential and commercial development projects, including land acquisition, planning, infrastructure agreements, and plot sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on strategic site acquisitions and disposals
  • Negotiating conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements
  • Handling planning and Section 106 agreements
  • Managing infrastructure and utility arrangements
  • Overseeing plot sales and site disposals

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor looking to manage complex transactions and develop strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in property and a proactive approach to handling development projects.
