A leading law firm in the UK is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join their team. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, handling various aspects of residential conveyancing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications or experience in the field. When you join the team with Davisons Law as a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload with minimum supervision in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, Deeds of Variation, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
You will have a relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.
