Residential Conveyancer – Permanent Opportunity

Location: Cheshire (multiple office locations available)

Contract: Full-time (part-time/flexible arrangements considered)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring excellent client service at all times.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage files, meeting financial, billing, and service level targets.
• Supervise and support junior team members where required, including file reviews.
• Engage in business development to help grow the team\'s caseload and client base.
• Ensure compliance with professional conduct rules, internal policies, and risk management procedures.
• Maintain accurate records on the firm\'s case management system.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and procedures.
• Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.
