Responsibilities

• Assist residents and visitors within luxury residential developments to maintain security and a high standard of service.
• Take initiative to help residents and visitors as needed, including taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, and making reservations (restaurants, taxis, etc.).
• Report health and safety issues and ensure communal areas are kept clean and tidy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-end residential setting or 5* hotel environment.
• Ability to provide TWO professional references.
