Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing Planned Works

Based in Hemel Hempstead

Full time, permanent

£31,000 + company van

We are working with a leading main contractor to deliver a planned maintenance contract within Social Housing based in Hemel Hempstead.

Responsibilities
  • Develop positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes.
  • Prevent and limit dissatisfaction, resolve complaints and queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants and address problems and queries.
  • Visit tenants in their homes and advise them on when and what work is being carried out.
  • Handle pre-entry visits and company inductions.
  • Assist with collecting tenancy agreements and approval forms.
  • Work on planned maintenance projects (Decent Homes programme experience preferred).
  • Full clean driving licence with own vehicle.
