Researcher - Mid Sussex District Council

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Salary: £35,412 - £39,862 pa.

Mid Sussex District Council is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and experienced researcher to join our Policy, Performance and Insights team. This role would suit candidates with the capacity to interpret and communicate complex data analysis and an acute attention to detail. We also require excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work quickly and flexibly as part of a small, close-knit team. We are looking for a researcher who has a comprehensive understanding of research and policy development within the public sector, particularly in Local Government.

You will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive insights reports, conducting methodically sound research and assist in the analysis and interpretation of data in support of the organisation’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Research and report writing
