Job description
Fixed term maternity cover until December 2026, part time, 29.6 hours per week (0.8 FTE, job share arrangements welcome) Band 4 - £33,002 to £36,636 per annum, pro rata
About The Role
  • Provide administrative support to the University Research Ethics Committee and other committees and working groups.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare papers, and manage accurate minutes, including sensitive information.
  • Support the day-to-day activities of the Research Institutes, including budget management.
  • Organize conferences and contribute to stakeholder and public engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Equality & Diversity policies.
  • Oversee administrative staff and provide professional assistance to Research Institute Directors.
  • Deliver training to new professional staff and proactively engage with Directors’ work.
