Overview

Are you an experienced and proactive Repairs Supervisor with a background in property maintenance? We are looking for a dedicated leader to join our established team in the Welwyn Hertfordshire area. Salary: Up to £44,000 + van, fuel card, and benefits
Location: Welwyn Hertfordshire areas

Responsibilities

• Experience supervising a team in a domestic or social housing environment.
• Lead a team of reactive maintenance operatives, allocate work daily, and conduct toolbox talks.
• Coordinate projects, attend pre-inspection works, advise on job specifics, and ensure multi-trade jobs are scheduled efficiently.
• Communicate with managers and clients to ensure satisfaction and respond effectively to variation requests.
• Understand and enforce health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Relevant trade qualifications, NVQ2, SSSTS
