Overview

Location: Tyseley, B11 (covering Birmingham)

Pay Rate: £23.07 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Blue CSCS Plumber to join a leading social housing contractor in Birmingham. The role will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance works across occupied properties, with a strong focus on rapid response and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Reactive repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
• Ensuring all works are completed to safety and compliance standards
• Working independently while providing excellent customer service
• Liaising with supervisors and office staff to update job progress

Requirements

• Valid Blue CSCS Card
• Proven experience in plumbing within social housing, maintenance, or reactive works
• Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
