Carey Gardens Cooperative Limited is a Resident's Management Organisation (RMO) responsible for the housing management and maintenance of properties on Carey Gardens Estate. Located in the heart of Nine Elms, Battersea, we are home to a diverse and vibrant community.

Role Description

This is a full-time role in London for a Repairs Coordinator.

The Repairs Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing repair and maintenance activities on the Carey Gardens Estate. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves coordinating with residents and contractors, managing repair schedules, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring timely and effective completion of projects. The Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining records, writing reports and providing excellent customer service to residents.
