A prominent insurance brokerage in Gloucester is looking for a Team Leader for a 6-month secondment in the retentions team. The role involves motivating and coaching Renewal Coordinators, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring client objectives are met. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required. Our continued growth has created a 6 month Team Leader secondment opportunity within the retentions team. As a Team Leader you will Motivate, coach and lead the team of Renewal Coordinators who are responsible for all aspects of the non-advice section of renewals, including system set up, applications, putting cases on risk, engaging with insurers and clients on discounts, cancellations and mid term adjustment. Identifying efficiencies and better ways of working to support the overall team exceeding rebroke and retention targets, whilst working with Sales Team Leaders and Team Manager to ensure client and commercial objectives are met.
