Specification Sales Manager - Overview

We are working with a Global Manufacturer of HVAC, Refrigeration and Renewable Energy systems who are looking for a Specification Sales Manager to come on board in Northern Ireland. The role will be specifying and selling A2A Split and Multi Split systems for heating and air conditioning, as well as A2W Heat Pumps to a range of customers including Contractors, Consultants and Installers. With a full suite of products spanning Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Chillers, Heat Pumps, Ventilation and a European business with a turnover of €2billion, they're widely respected in the industry and have an extremely strong brand name which will aid you in the role. You will work remotely with full control of your own diary day to day. Your focus will be on the Northern Irish patch, using a combination of your own contacts and the companies extensive CRM to generate and follow up with leads. You'll take ownership of existing and new accounts, promoting and specifying the companies range of solutions for both domestic and commercial projects, whether these are single or multi-site. You'll be joining an established Team and the company can offer significant progression opportunities. They are a business that invests in their people, something evidenced by the long tenure the vast majority of employees have there. You'll ideally bring experience as a Specification Sales Manager within the HVAC or Renewable Energy space - particularly with Heat Pumps, HVAC or Refrigeration products. They will offer full training on their range of units and a thorough on boarding process to get you up to speed.
