• 3 years' PQE in Residential Surveying.
• Experience in Level 2 and 3 surveys and Valuations.

Responsibilities

• Audit and review Level 2 and Level 3 surveys and residential valuation reports.
• Ensure full compliance with RICS standards.
• Record and report audit outcomes.
