A growing private client consultancy in the North East is seeking an experienced Residential Building Surveyor. The ideal candidate will be AssocRICS qualified with a strong background in residential inspections. They will manage their own diary and ensure accurate, commercially aware advice for clients in property transactions. Qualifications

• Qualified AssocRICS professional with experience in residential surveying.

• Conduct thorough pre-purchase property inspections.
• Produce detailed written condition reports including practical recommendations.
• Advise clients on costs, works sequencing, and maintenance priorities.
