• Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L and cash flow reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring across the business.
• Oversee transactional finance processes including invoicing and payroll coordination.
• Provide financial insight to support decision-making.
• Support year-end audit and compliance with UK accounting standards.
