Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Skills Coach or HR-focused coaching role.
• Minimum 2 years HR industry experience with relevant qualifications.
• Maths & English at Level 2 or above (GCSE A-C / 9–4 or equivalent).

• Motivate and guide HR apprentices to reach their potential.
• Record and monitor learner activity using the e-portfolio system.
• Prepare apprentices for EPA interviews and practical assessments.
