The Role: Conveyancing Fee Earner:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling an average of 25 new files per month with support from a dedicated paralegal, or 18 files per month when working independently
• Working closely with the firm’s specialist onboarding and post‑completion teams to ensure a smooth, efficient process
• Delivering excellent service to a loyal client base and trusted network of referrers
• Ensuring all transactions are handled with precision, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Demonstrating the ability to work independently and remotely, managing your workload without direct supervision
