Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential property caseload including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers.
• Carry out all legal work including title checks, contract drafting, raising and reviewing enquiries and liaising with all stakeholders.
• Provide clear, client focused legal advice at each stage of the transaction.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and risk requirements.
• Use a digital case management system and contribute to process improvements across the team.

Role Summary

We’re hiring a qualified residential conveyancer to join a fully remote team. You’ll handle a busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, supported by a digital platform and collaborative colleagues. Key Responsibilities
