Job Title: Remedial Engineer / Plumber

Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester

Salary / Benefits: £23k – £35k + Training + Benefits

Level of Experience: Trainee Remedial Plumber through to Lead Remedial Plumber

Our client is a leading name within the legionella industry, providing first‑class and market‑leading services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced and competent Remedial Plumber / Engineer based in and around the Manchester area. The ideal candidate will hold the NVQ / City and Guilds L2 / L3 qualification and will have carried out legionella remedial duties to a mixed portfolio of sites.

Applicants will be considered from: Warrington, Bolton, Burnley, Liverpool, Preston, Crewe, Chester, Halifax, Bradford, Huddersfield, Leeds, Wakefield.

Experience & Qualifications
  • NVQ / City and Guilds L2 / L3 plumbing qualification.
  • Extensive experience working within the Water Hygiene / Water Treatment industry.
  • Extensive plumbing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
The Role
  • Carrying out the full range of plumbing services on a mixed range of sites.
  • Finding faults on site, diagnosing problems and dealing with them appropriately.
  • Ensuring all works are carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislation.
  • Signing off and completing checks relating to all plumbing works.
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining a good working relationship.
  • Providing clients with detailed reports using information from site.
