To cover - Yorkshire, Sheffield, Doncaster, Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield area.

They have built a great reputation in the market and foster a supportive team culture, where colleagues genuinely help and back each other. They are now looking to expand their team with a talented Relationship Manager to cover Yorkshire and the surrounding area.

The Role

Our client seeks an experienced Commercial Lending Relationship Manager/BDM to develop and manage business opportunities across Yorkshire.

You will leverage your existing network and commercial lending expertise to bring in new deals.

Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, introducers, and property developers
  • Sourcing and securing bridging and development finance deals
  • Making proactive calls and visits to develop a strong pipeline
  • Attending networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand your influence
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
About You
  • A commercial lending or banking background, ideally with experience in bridging & development or property finance
  • An existing network of contacts within the commercial or property lending sector
  • Proven experience in business development, client management, or relationship management
  • A strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently
