A leading financial services company is searching for a passionate Relationship Director to join their SME Commercial team in Sheffield. We're looking for a passionate and driven Relationship Director to join our high-performing SME Commercial team. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making a real impact, this could be your next big move. You'll manage a defined portfolio of SME client relationships, typically businesses turning over between £10m-£25m. You'll be the face of Lloyds to existing and new clients, building trust, delivering value, and driving growth through tailored financial solutions. You'll also be a key part of our market presence, helping local clients, developing key business opportunities, and representing the Group with senior stakeholders across the professional community.
