Job Description:

We are representing a leading healthcare firm seeking a Regulatory Solicitor to join their busy team in London.

Role

You will join a team of top-tier lawyers acting for regulatory bodies, primarily in the health sector.

Your responsibilities will include managing caseloads related to fitness to practice investigations concerning misconduct, competence, or health issues, and preparing cases for hearings before regulators' panels and committees.

The work is diverse, challenging, and rewarding, covering cases from large-scale fraud and clinical failings to inappropriate sexual behaviour.

Candidate

You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in UK regulatory law, especially in medical regulatory law concerning disciplinary and fitness to practice hearings. Advocacy experience is not required.
