As a Regulatory Affairs Professional, you’ll become an expert in biocidal and chemical product regulations across the EMEA region. You’ll work in a matrix organisation, collaborating with Regulatory Managers, Specialists, and cross‑functional teams to deliver a complex regulatory programme that supports strategic business goals. Your role ensures compliance, continuity of supply, and customer confidence - helping Arxada maintain its reputation for excellence.

Your responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain Hazard Communication documents and submissions (SDS, labels, Poison Centre notifications) for the EMEA portfolio.

  • Perform impact assessments of the Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP) updates to Classification and Labelling and develop clear plans to maintain compliance and continuity of product supply.

  • Generate Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) documents in IUCLID in support of the national authorisation BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation) work programme.

  • Develop into the responsible person for the transitional BPR work programme for Wood and Materials Protection.

  • Track and process payments to regulatory authorities.

Your experience and qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field 1–2 years experience in Regulatory Affairs within chemicals or biocides

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Commercial awareness and ability to simplify complexity to non‑experts

  • A proactive mindset – able to manage multiple projects and thrive in a matrix team environment.

  • Experience with IUCLID, R4BP3, and SDS authoring tools (SAP EH & S)

  • Working knowledge of BPR, CLP, REACH and related frameworks.
