The collection, collation and analysis of regulatory & statutory maintenance information and data.,
- Responsible for the collection of asset maintenance data and information. The data and information will need to be monitored for quality and consistency as well as being analysed for trending and reporting
- Responsible for supporting the regulatory & statutory maintenance team in monitoring activities of contractors carrying out maintenance on specific type of equipment
- Responsible for the collation of reports from maintenance contractors
- Responsible for analysing reports and recording actions
- Responsible for file management including filing reports in designated libraries to provide accurate data for MI reporting
- Responsible for keeping reporting data up to date and monitoring that the outcome is correct
- Responsible for building a basic understanding of different asset groups to be able to critique existing data
Evidence of strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems/databases quickly
- Raise actions to rectify defects
- Ability to work under own initiative to establish logical options and select/generate solutions to data issues
- Analytical skills with the ability to establish logical connections and identify trends and exceptions
- Attention to detail to enable production of accurate information to required quality on a right first time basis
- Ability to accurately record, interpret, manipulate and present information
