Leonard Brothers Vets have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a motivated Veterinary Nurse dedicated to providing excellent patient care. You will be involved in surgical and medical nursing, anaesthesia, and nurse consultations. Our nurses are well utilized and have the chance to work on interesting and exciting cases.
Our modern practice is equipped with excellent facilities and a supportive team. We are a training practice, providing ample support for new staff to integrate and gain experience. Our team includes 14 vets across three branches, along with experienced nursing and support staff. We focus on delivering exceptional care and encouraging professional growth. We also have certificate holders in cardiology, medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, and diploma holders in general anaesthesia to support your development.
Nantwich is a charming market town with good connections via the M6 and Crewe railway station, and is only 1.5 hours from the Peak District, Lake District, North Wales, or London by train. Wistaston is a lovely residential area bordering Nantwich and close to our Nantwich practice.
This is a full-time role, offering 35.5 hours per week with flexible working hours between 8am - 6:30pm. Out of hours work is limited, with nurses participating in an Out of Hours rota, including approximately 4 weekends per year, 1 evening per month (6:30pm - 9pm), and 7 half-day Saturdays annually.
