A leading veterinary practice in East Grinstead is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their supportive team. In this full-time role, you will be involved in various aspects of veterinary care, including assisting in surgeries, running nurse clinics, and providing exceptional patient care. We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our fantastic team at East Grinstead Vets, located in the heart of beautiful West Sussex. You will be working within a supportive and collaborative team comprising five RVNs and one student veterinary nurse across our three‑branch, small animal practice.
Step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same and your nursing skills truly shine. You will work alongside visiting specialists and be actively involved in an exciting orthopaedic caseload, gaining hands‑on experience in advanced procedures. From theatre and surgical nursing to delivering exceptional inpatient care, you will be at the heart of patient care every day. You will also engage in laboratory work and run your own nurse consults and clinics, building strong client relationships and making a real impact on patient outcomes.
Our practice is located in beautiful East Grinstead, with satellite branches in Crawley and Copthorne. We have the Ashdown Forest on our doorstep, providing a great place for walking and enjoying spectacular views.
We offer a varied caseload ranging from routine surgery to orthopaedics and are well equipped with an internal lab, multi‑parameter diagnostics, ultrasound, digital x‑ray, K‑Laser, and multiple endoscopes. We are a well‑established training practice that encourages our nurses to train as Clinical Coaches to support student nurses.

This is a full‑time role averaging 37.5 hours per week over four days, with no out‑of‑hours. You will benefit from a genuine work‑life balance and a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota.
