A leading provider of accommodation services in South London is seeking a Registered Service Manager to oversee Supported Accommodation services for young people. This crucial role involves leadership over five homes, staff management, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing services for young people, alongside strong leadership skills. The position offers a competitive salary between £48,000 - £54,000 and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Service Manager to oversee their Supported Accommodation services for young people aged 16+. This is a key leadership role within a dynamic organisation committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and nurturing environments across multiple accommodation settings in South London.
You will be responsible for the operational leadership of five Supported Accommodation homes, ensuring excellence in safeguarding, service delivery, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
You will also provide direct line management to three Home Managers and one Outreach Manager, as well as leading the staff team at one of our homes that does not currently have an appointed manager.
Primary place of work : Their main office (based within one of the homes), with regular weekly visits to all supported accommodation services and occasional work-from-home flexibility. You will be responsible for managing your own diary in collaboration with the Director.
