Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Outpatient Department at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr.

We are looking to recruit a motivated, dynamic and forward thinking nurse with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills to join our friendly outpatient team.

We are committed to providing safe and high quality patient care for patients passing through the department, and we provide support to all Divisions.

We are committed to exploring innovative ways of working to enhance patient experience. We know that our success depends on the commitment and dedication of our staff and we aim to recruit and retain the best staff possible, The successful applicant must be committed to improving the patient experience and ensuring the high standards that we expect for our patients needs are met. You will be expected to have the flexibility to work within all areas of the department to meet service needs and full training will be given.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
