Libertatem Healthcare Group, part of Sonderwell, provides high-quality complex care at home to clients. They are looking for Registered Nurses in the Norfolk area to join their dedicated team of healthcare professionals and support clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
Registered Nurse
Location: Attleborough, Norfolk
Day Shift: 12 hour shifts 8am-8pm
Due to role responsibilities, you must have a full UK driving licence.
About the Client: Our client is a 28-year-old female with severe epilepsy, autism & learning disabilities. She has a gastrostomy, a feeding tube and a PEG for medication. She requires oral suctioning and medication to control seizures. She requires support with toileting, washing and dressing. Her favourite activities include baking, jigsaw puzzles, walks, eating out in pubs and cafes, swimming and going to the beach.
Two friendly Labradors share the family home, so successful applicants must be comfortable in a household with dogs.

About the Client details and role
The role involves complex care delivered in the client’s home, with support from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager. You’ll have access to our Carer App and a structured induction with paid training and shadowing.

About you
You must be a qualified Nurse and hold current NMC registration. We seek passionate individuals who can deliver high-quality care to clients with complex health needs within the client’s home.
Supporting you
Being a Libertatem Nurse involves both care andPeople skills. We provide online and classroom training in complex care needs. Depending on the client, you may work alone or as part of a team and may support more than one client if available.
Before you start, you’ll meet your client and their family, with day-to-day support from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager. You’ll also have access to our Carer App as a source of insight and information.
